Meet Nicole

My name is Nicole Grisham (Nyx). I am a Reiki Master. I graduated from Minnesota school of Business in 2014 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy and I have been practicing Massage since graduation. I specialize my massage techniques in Myofascial/Myofascial Trigger Point Release Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Deep Tissue. I love doing energy healing and balancing the chakras! I do some added Craniosacral techniques, Thai stretches, and Sports stretches on occasion when it is helpful for the client. A good way to sum up the way that I work is to say that I use a collaboration of Integrative Therapeutic Massage Techniques uniquely fit for each individual on an intuitive level to heal, release the tension of the body, and to give the best possible individual treatment to each individual client to facilitate healing and happiness. I excel at therapeutic techniques and treating specific conditions like Headaches, frozen shoulder, Sciatica, and autoimmune diseases [including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hashimotos disease, Derkums disease, Lymes Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Fibromyalgia (which I myself have).
